Return Policy

Since our items are made to order especially for you, we can’t accept any “change of heart” refunds for the time being, but we hope to be able to provide this soon. Currently, they are only offered for defective or damaged items - as mistakes do happen! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we'll do our best to resolve the issue for you.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order - if you’re unsure which size would fit better, please refer to our sizing guides. 

Issue with an item?

So sorry to hear that! Please contact us at architecturesocks@gmail.com with an image of the quality defect issue and we can issue you a refund once it is approved.
