Shipping policy
Your item is made to order, especially for you! This is to ensure we create no waste by creating a terrible design nobody buys and it all ends up in a landfill. It also means it may take us a few days to get your order shipped out. Please note that product images are mock-ups and that the colors/embroidery may vary.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated during checkout with estimated shipping dates. Shipping is FREE on orders over $75, when shipped to the US.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
+ USA: 3–4 business days
+ Europe: 6–8 business days
+ International: 10–20 business days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress! Depending on stock availability, you may receive multiple packages for one order because different items ship from different fulfillment centers.
I accidentally put in the wrong address!
Please email us as soon as you can - we can update your address as long as the order hasn't been fulfilled yet. If it has already shipped, unfortunately we can't be responsible for wrong address entries.
My order is marked as delivered, but it's not here.
This sometimes happens when packages are scanned before actual delivery. Usually it will be delivered the next business day. If it still hasn't arrived in 48 hours, submit a missing package claim with the courier and contact us. If the courier admits a loss in transit, forward that along and we will submit a refund.
My package was stolen!
Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for theft once the package was delivered. We hope to provide Shipping Protection to our customers soon.
