Your item is made to order, especially for you! This ensures we create no waste by stocking something nobody buys. It also means it may take us a few days to get your order shipped out. Please note that product images are mock-ups.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated during checkout with estimated shipping dates. Shipping is FREE on orders over $75, shipped to the US.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to prepare an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
+ USA: 3–4 business days
+ Europe: 6–8 business days
+ International: 10–20 business days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress! Depending on stock availability, you may receive multiple packages for one order because different items ship from different fulfillment centers.
Do you offer refunds?
Since our items are made to order especially for you, we can’t accept any “change of heart” refunds for the time being, though we hope to provide this for the future. Currently, they are only offered for defective items - as mistakes do happen! Please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we'll resolve the issue for you.
Can I exchange an item?
Since we are only offering returns for defective items, we cannot provide exchanges yet - we encourage you to look at our size guides so there are no sizing issues!
